Poulet aux pâtes "langues d'oiseaux" et aux pois chiches

Pendant le Ramadan, je faisais souvent une chorba au poulet et langues d'oiseaux d'après une recette dénichée sur le blog de Marcia. Cette soupe était très parfumée, joliment colorée au curcuma et les enfants l'adoraient. Après le Ramadan, j'ai continué à la faire les soirs un peu "speed" mais en mettant beaucoup moins de liquide pour en faire, finalement, un plat de pâtes !

Pour la recette, il vous suffit de suivre celle-ci (click) en mettant 2 fois moins de liquide. Personnellement, je n'ai pas mis de smen, j'ai utilisé de l'huile d'olive et j'ai dilué le bouillon de volaille directement dans le liquide de cuisson.

Voilà un plat rapide et savoureux, qui va devenir un classique à la maison !
