Pour un des derniers dîners de l'année en famille chez mes parents, j’ai été chargée de préparer les desserts, comme souvent. Et pour faire simple et pratique, j’ai préparé plusieurs petites choses, dont 3 mini verrines (depuis le temps qu’on dit que les verrines c’est « has been » …) et les petits financiers dont j’avais parlé ici.
La première verrine est une simple pannacotta, surmontée de quelques dés de fruits. La 2è, une crème au chocolat blanc avec une petite touche « fôret noire » : une griotte enrobée de chocolat noir au cœur de la crème (bien cachée), quelques « flakes » de chocolat noir et une griotte nature sur le dessus.
La 3è est une crème chocolat carambar … simplissime mais quelle succès !
